Technical Project Manager - Industrial Water

We are actively looking for a seasoned and passioned engineer willing to roll up their sleeves, dive deep, and grow with us in this exciting adventure through industrial water efficiency.

1. Your responsibilities

Project Engineering & management

• Project Engineering: water audits, process optimizations, techno-economic assessment of water treatment options, dimensioning.

• Lead projects end-to-end: feasibility, design, site coordination, commissioning

• Manage suppliers, technical partners, and subcontractors

• Ensure quality, timeline, and budget targets are met and to the highest quality standards

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

  
  

Business Development

• Identify and nurture new opportunities within our existing client base and beyond

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals

• Proactively drive business growth through identification of new strategic opportunities and developments

2. Ideal profile

• Master’s degree in engineering (Civil, Environmental, Bioengineering or similar)

• 10+ years of experience in the water treatment sector (industrial water, wastewater, reuse, drinking/process water, etc.)

• Strong technical knowledge and appetite for water processes and technologies

• Versatile profile with a broad understanding of multiple engineering disciplines

• Excellent communication skills with a natural business sense

• Proactive, autonomous, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset

• Comfortable switching between office rooms and muddy job sites

• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus)
