Tax calculation & declaration
Revalio calculates your industrial wastewater tax and prepares your annual declaration for both SPW and SPGE regimes:

SPW regime (TEUI): applies to sites discharging to natural water bodies or sewers not connected to a public treatment plant, annual declaration due by 31 March

SPGE regime (CVAI): applies to sites connected to a public treatment plant via a Contrat d'Assainissement Industriel, same declaration deadline

Simplified formula available on request where a full parametric declaration is technically or economically disproportionate, subject to administration approval
Which regime applies to your site depends on where your wastewater goes, not on your sector or size. Both use the same pollutant load formula, but the legal framework, the receiving authority and the financial consequences are different.
Pollutant load assessment
Revalio plans and coordinates the sampling campaigns your declaration requires, based on your actual pollutant load:

Sampling frequency determined by your prior year load across five parameters: suspended solids, COD, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and heavy metals

Coordination with an ISSeP-approved laboratory for sampling, transport and analysis, using methods validated under the Code de l'Eau

Flow measurement requirements covered: continuous flow meter for sites above 100 m³/day, justified estimative method for smaller sites
Getting the sampling frequency right matters both ways: under-sampling risks a declaration rejected by the administration, over-sampling adds cost without regulatory benefit.
Tax reduction & optimisation
