Your responsabilities
As Head of Growth Intern, you will:
Design and implement go-to-market strategies to attract new industrial customers and factories
Drive growth initiatives such as webinars, cold calling, email campaigns, and content creation focused on water, wastewater treatment, and water reuse solutions
Propose and execute creative marketing ideas to increase visibility and engagement in the industrial water sector

Who are we looking for?
This role is ideal for budding entrepreneurs eager to prove they can convince industries to change the way they use and treat water.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you:
Passionate about ambitious projects and motivated to work hard to achieve them
Curious, eager to learn, and quick to improve
Structured and able to synthesize complex ideas
A strong communicator, fluent in French and/or English
You must bring:
Solid knowledge of marketing, growth strategies, and industrial business models
Strong understanding of finance, economics, and the industrial sector
What we offer
A hands-on entrepreneurial experience where you are not just “an intern,” but a key contributor to growth
Financial compensation
Direct coaching and mentorship from a co-founder
Exposure to the world of industry, factories, and water technology
The chance to take full responsibility for your own projects — from industrial customer outreach to water savings campaigns
