Process Engineer - Water Technology

We are actively looking for a seasoned and passionate process engineer willing to roll up his/her sleeves, dive deep, and grow with us in this exciting adventure through water technology.

Office location: Boitsfort, Brussels

Your responsibilities

• Analyse industrial sites and perform water audits to identify reuse and efficiency opportunities

• Model and design water and wastewater treatment processes (PFDs, mass balances, simulations, P&IDs, technology selection, functional analyses, automation selection, …)

• Assess and compare technical solutions with CAPEX/OPEX estimates

• Support lab testing, pilot trials, and technology validation

• Prepare clear technical reports & presentations for clients and internal teams

• Capture learnings from projects to continuously improve our solutions

Ideal profile

• Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or relevant equivalent

• 5 years of proven experience in the industry or relevant equivalent (water sector is a plus)

• Strong technical knowledge and appetite for industrial processes and water technologies, such as RO, IX, UF, NF, activated sludge and anaerobic digestion

• Proactive, autonomous, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset

• Comfortable switching between office rooms, lab bench & muddy job sites

• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus)
